(At Peace) —  Deep Breathe. Take things as they come and let them flow through you. Be open to finding what you seek  in different forms. Just as we do with our external relationships, check in with yourself and reflect often. Awareness is a beautiful thing. Extremes can help you find your limits. Moderation can help you find a healthy medium. Unlearning is just as important as learning. Take care of your body, mind and spirit. They’re connected so deeply. On the path, at the right pace.
